Train the Coach Workshop :
The Employers Edge Train the Coach – Basic Workshop is a 3 day (18 instructional hours/18 SHRM CE credits) workshop that will prepare you and/or your managers to improve individual leadership performance. In this workshop you learn:

The Employers Edge Train the Coach is a 3 day (18 instructional hours/12 SHRM CE credits) workshop that provides coaching instruction around 12 additional modules and follow-up feedback on completed assignments. In this workshop you learn:
- How to conduct “group” coaching sessions.
- How to develop accountability in-house to achieve behavior change.
- Measuring results for coaching performance.
- How to conduct a series of workshops on Performance Management.
- Additional techniques to create participant accountability and ownership.
- How to deal with poor participants’ results and the negative coachee.
- How to use our proven coaching and training modules as a management development plan to improve productivity and managerial success.
- More questions to ask to challenge their thinking to learn, grow, and take action.
