Professional Development Roundtables

Do you have just a few managers to develop? Would you like to assess our leadership training process and program before bringing us in-house to work with other managers? We offer the Leadership Edge training program at our training facility. It is open to only 10 managers and includes one-on-one coaching and group training for improved learning and accountability. Topics include motivating, planning, time and project management, directing, coaching, and managing change.
