Coming from the corporate world where Janet had held positions including Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a major national company, she launched Employers Edge in 1991. For the last 20 years, Janet’s organization has developed people in over 400 corporations including Jeppesen, Ablestick Labs., Pioneer Electronics, Toyota, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ducommun Technologies, Epson America, U.S. Foodservice, Applied Graphics Technology, and GE Capital. Janet has personally coached over 2000 CEO’s, managers, and sales staff and facilitate CEO Roundtables, HR Executive Roundtables, and Management Development programs. She is the author of Sales Edge, an award winning sales training program for sales professionals. Janet continues to refine her writing and now includes many other publications which are used in the training, mentoring, and coaching that she and her staff conduct all across the United States.
