The Profiles Sales Assessment

– An assessment that measures how well a person fits specific sales jobs in your organization so that you can optimize sales performance. It is used primarily for selecting, on-boarding and managing sales people and account managers. The “job modeling” feature is unique, and can be customized by company, sales position, department, manager, geography, or any combination of these factors. The sales assessment enables you to evaluate an individual based on the qualities required to perform successfully. The data is based on your top-performing sales people in a specific sales job in your organization. Hello all,
First of all, this message is sent as a Thank you to Janet and JIM for an outstanding experience over the past few days.
I consider myself exceptional at what I do, and this experience enhanced my potential beyond my expectations.  The main reason for my success is my true passion for the success of the teams I lead.  They are all exceptional individuals who deserve the best, and it is my career goal to help them achieve levels of success they may have only dreamed of.
While I had many epiphany's during this course, I wanted you to know that there was one particular individual on my mind as we moved through the process.  She is a manager who has challenged me beyond imaginable limits, and the feeling of wanting to give up with her was really eating at my core, because giving up flies in the face of my ethical standards. Today, I had a great coaching session with her.  I used my new found skills, Caused her to Think, and Moved her to Action.  While it was a telephone interaction, I heard her face light up and her wheels turning throughout.    It was the most positive discussion I've had with her in a long time, and the questioning process told me she actually HAS been paying attention, and she really does know what to do.  Now that it was HER ideas, she/we can move forward.  It was a baby step, but proved to me that we actually CAN get past this.
Your course was life changing for me from many facets.  I learned more about myself than I expected, and was able to make some positive decisions about how I choose to control my own destiny through that which I CAN control.
Jim and Janet, you were both positive pivotal influences, so please accept this sincere thanks.
I'm confident that I will be an even better influence to my team as a result of this experience.
