The Profile XT

— A multi-purpose assessment that is used for selection, coaching, training, promotion, managing, team building, right-sizing, and succession planning. It is a powerful and dynamic management tool that employs 21st Century technology to put the right people in the right jobs. It is administered on the Internet and reports are immediately available.  PXT_Sample Report_Individual_Report

The Profiles Sales Assessment

– An assessment that measures how well a person fits specific sales jobs in your organization so that you can optimize sales performance. It is used primarily for selecting, on-boarding and managing sales people and account managers. The “job modeling” feature is unique, and can be customized by company, sales position, department, manager, geography, or any combination of these factors. The sales assessment enables you to evaluate an individual based on the qualities required to perform successfully. The data is based on your top-performing sales people in a specific sales job in your organization. This sales assessment also predicts on-the-job performance in seven critical sales behaviors: prospecting, call reluctance, closing the sale, self-starting, working with a team, building and maintaining relationships, and compensation preference.  Profiles Sales Assessment Individual Profile

Workplace Engagement Survey

– A survey that measures workplace compatibility, or the degree to which your employees connect with their work and feel committed to the organization and its goals. This engagement assessment gives you and your management teams a detailed view of what influences employee engagement, and how your employees compare statistically to the overall working population. In addition, it measures “satisfaction with employment” and “satisfaction with management” across your entire organization, and gives specific recommendations for organizational improvement.  It is used to help companies and organizations improve their workforce performance by understanding employee engagement.  Workplace Engagement Survey Brochure

Profiles Managerial Fit

— A manager assessment test which measures critical workplace compatibility factors between managers (executive, director, supervisor, team leader, etc.) and their employee(s) to determine managerial fit. Understanding the dynamics of the supervisor-subordinate relationship helps the manager work more effectively with each employee by recognizing where their perspectives are similar and where they differ. With this increased understanding, managers can easily identify areas they need to develop, go through appropriate manager training, and strive towards becoming a competent manager. Step One Survey II

— Lowers an employer’s risk when hiring people to positions of trust and responsibility. Employee theft costs employers an average of $9 per employee, per day – that’s over $2,000 a year, per employee, that comes off the bottom line. This survey helps to identify reliable job candidates with integrity and work ethic who are drug free. The Step One Survey II is how companies protect themselves from theft of money, property, time, and other assets.  PAC Step One SurveyII Interview Report

Results are presented in a Placement Report, Individual Report, Coaching Report, and a report that compares your service to that of others in your industry. A major benefit we continue to see is in the area of driver turnover. The American Trucking Association reported a national average of 109% turnover for medium sized carriers. Our Vice President recently attended a trucking symposium sponsored by our insurance carrier. When we reported our 17% from last year, we were met with looks of great disbelief. This benefit alone continues to save us thousands of dollars in recruitment and training costs.
